Five places I keep going back to.

I'm Moraitis Laourakis. I photograph places I return to on purpose: the same lake, the same alley, the same light at a different hour. Lombardy, Paros, Venice, Istanbul, and Tzoumerka are the five I keep coming back to.

I shoot on foot, mostly early or late in the day, and I don't stage what's in front of the camera. If a street is empty in one of these photographs, it's because I waited for it to be.

Based in Athens. Traveling most of the year.
